Caregivers: A Handbook for the Family Caregiver

In March 2009 the Health Centre updated and revised the Caregivers Handbook, originally published in 1997. This 100 page handbook for family caregivers includes information on such topics as services/resources, planning ahead, care for the caregiver, research, infection control, distance care giving and other relevant issues. In summer of 2009 we will also be offering a French translation of the newly revised Handbook.
Family caregivers are welcome to download the resources found in the Handbook’s appendices for personal use at no extra charge.
Single or multiple copies of the handbook are available using the London InterCommunity Health Centre Resource Order Form.
